How Important is Failure to Success?

pedigreedatabase.comI remembered when I was a little pup watching older kids flying up and down the street on their bikes and I wanted to do the same so bad.

That one monumental day came when my parents finally bought me a bike without the training wheels. Who knew that day was the start of a valuable lesson I have never forgotten.

What I thought would be an easy task became one that had me question, “how in the hell did those other kids learn to do this?” Read moreRead more

How Building Dreams Can Motivate You

Dog DaydreamingToday after work I stopped in the mall while my friend shopped around for some running shoes. As he searched for the perfect shoe, I stepped in a department store called Nordstrom. Now if anyone know about Nordstrom, you know the clothes aren’t cheap at all. I mean I saw a clothing line called Pyscho Bunny and a damn polo shirt cost over $90! There were even socks in there that cost more than the Nike’s on my feet.

The reason I visit Nordstrom on occasion is not because want to cry every time I look at a price tag. It’s because I picture myself one day soon leaving with as many items as I want. I build a dream each time I look at things I want visualizing one day they will be mine. Read moreRead more

Why Live In the Past?

Thinking too much on yesterday will prevent you from enjoying today and tomorrow.

Believe me thinking about the past in some way is something everyone does no matter who you are. But are you just looking back a little or are you living in your past? Drinking Water to Lose Weight-While Eating the Same Foods

I will make this short and sweet. You want

to lose some of those extra pounds you are carrying around? Drink water and only water!!! Assuming you have somewhat of a decent diet, you will lose weight.

When I say drink only water, I mean nothing but water. Most people do not drink enough water anyway so this will help you out in that department. When you drinking items other than water you are just basically drinking empty calories and those calories do add up.

Water also help you hydrate and flush toxins out of the body. You will feel refreshed and some of those pounds will fall off.

Water 15 to 20 mins before a meal will help fill you up, making it more likely you will eat less than you normally would also. You will be less hungry and will not overeat.

Here’s the challenge, try to consume about 3.7 and 2.7 liters of water a day, respectively, including water found in food and other beverages. Do this and the weight will come off and stay off.

Why You are Broke- 6 Reasons You Have No Money

You live paycheck to paycheck and find it hard to get ahead. You blame your job not paying you enough or you blame others in some form. Everyone but yourself creates this world where you have no choice but to spend all your money.

Everyone wants to have money but not everyone wants to have money if that makes any sense at all (it does to me). What I mean is people without money will not own up to why they don’t have it. You can always make more money but that will only be more money to spend until you are broke so that’s not the problem. Below are some reasons why you are broke and see if some or all these reasons apply to your situation.

1. You Don’t Know How to have Fun on the Weekends without Spending-

Those killer weekends can do plenty damage to your finances if you are not careful. Whether its shopping at the latest weekend sale at the mall, drinking shots at the bars, eating at restaurants, or dancing the night away at a club, you are always doing at least one of those activities which may make you pockets a little lighter by Monday.
