Drinking Water to Lose Weight-While Eating the Same Foods

I will make this short and sweet. You want

to lose some of those extra pounds you are carrying around? Drink water and only water!!! Assuming you have somewhat of a decent diet, you will lose weight.

When I say drink only water, I mean nothing but water. Most people do not drink enough water anyway so this will help you out in that department. When you drinking items other than water you are just basically drinking empty calories and those calories do add up.

Water also help you hydrate and flush toxins out of the body. You will feel refreshed and some of those pounds will fall off.

Water 15 to 20 mins before a meal will help fill you up, making it more likely you will eat less than you normally would also. You will be less hungry and will not overeat.

Here’s the challenge, try to consume about 3.7 and 2.7 liters of water a day, respectively, including water found in food and other beverages. Do this and the weight will come off and stay off.

Boxing for Fitness!

I remember watching the pre imprisoned Mike Tyson annihilate his opponents when I was a teenager. That was my first taste of boxing and after that I fell in love. Then after watching other great fighters like Floyd Mayweather, Oscar De La Hoya, and Manny Pacquiao and others fight for years, I decided to put the gloves on. These guys along with MMA fighters are the most conditioned atheletes around and boxing is an excellent way to shed body-fat and burn away the calories.

Boxing is an anaerobic sport that is is also a mental drain also. The act of throwing punches, round after round, while contending with an attacking opponent is a daunting task. Boxing is perhaps the most physically demanding sport of all. Since it is mostly anaerobic, boxers are stressing their muscles at a high intensity for short periods of time.
