8 Reasons to Quit Smoking Now!

            1. Your overall health declines. Whether you think so or not your overall health is greatly affected by the toxins you intake. Smokers suffer from more common colds and cough more than nonsmokers. All the poisons in cigarettes actually weaken the immune system and can lead you with fewer defenses against illnesses. The cardiovascular system is greatly damaged. Emphysema, asthma, and heart attacks are very common among smokers. Do you think you can beat the odds?

            2. Cancer. Cancer is very common among longtime smokers. Smoking is linked to over 15 different cancers, particularly lung cancer and cancers of the larynx and tongue. While modern medicine has greatly improved to fight fatal illnesses, there are fewer survivors than victims who fall to cancer. So why would you want to help your chances of being diagnosed with cancer? Very scary stuff indeed.

            3. Family and Friends. You are a bigger influence on others than you think. Parents who smoke can expect their children to light up also in some cases. Children see their parents smoking might think it is alright to do because the parents are the same one’s who teach their children right from wrong. Also your peers may light up if they think since others are smoking; it must be “cool,” to do. You must lead by example as parents and as peers to do the right thing.

            4. Your mood. What happens to a smoker’s mood when their craving is not fulfilled? They can become a little cranky. Well maybe a lot cranky. Not being able to smoke can put one in a bad mood and they think that firing one up will calm their nerves. Better health leads to a better moods and a more productive you.

            5. Nonsmokers have stronger bones than smokers.
Women listen up!! According to Health.com, Women smokers have been found to lose 2.3% to 3.3% of bone mineral density for every 10 pack-years of tobacco use. The effects are even worse in postmenopausal women.

            6. Money. The cost of cigarettes is one thing that doesn’t fluctuate. Year after year, smokers are complaining about cigarette prices but they still light up. The financial consequences of lighting up stretch far beyond that pack of Marlboro’s. Smokers pay more for insurance. They lose money on the resale value of their cars and homes. They spend extra on dry cleaning and teeth cleaning.

While attempting to stop smoking, I found the e cig. The e-cigs wotks on a nicotine material which has just nicotine. Virtually no toxic chemicals whatsoever. They’ve in a literal sense made all the difference. Getting rid of breathing cancerous substances feels totally awesome to me!

I wasted money on cigarettes for a number of years and quitting had been almost impossible. I tried out all of the stopping tools and yet none worked for me. Then I stumbled on the e-cigs. The smokeless cigarette uses a nicotine substance which contains only nicotine. Basically no smelly smoke in the least. They’ve already fortunetly saved my life.
