Schedule Your Workout Sessions and Stick to Them
Schedule the time and stick to it. Make your workout at home time an actual appointment on your calendar. Place reminders in your phone throughout the day to remind you to keep to your schedule. The consistency will help to make sure that you stick to the plan. This also sends a signal to other people that your workout time is a priority in your everyday schedule. Core exercises on the ball help strengthen core muscles including the hard-to-get-to muscles. They also improve balance and overall coördination. I’ve been trying to lose weight for years. Actually I have over and over again. It gets old.
